Below is an example of a set of plans for a single family dwelling that would qualify for
submittal to cities and counties in, Oregon after you get a structural engineering package, site plans, and what an electrician, plumber,
and HVAC contractor will charge for a day of analysis and drawings. If you need the plans redrawn after getting engineering because they cannot
do it with adding a details plan sheet or two. I will do that at no additional cost.
